You’ve heard of the game “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” right?
Gamers are familiar with this game.
Sometimes, I don’t understand the meaning of games anymore. Long ago, games were fun, and a bit challenging; but the challenge didn’t make us want to put a gun to our heads like Call of Duty Black ops 2.
There’s so much aspects to the game, such as a variety of ways to kill, to statistics to be judged upon.
the statistics gives you a reputation in the leaderboards, so this is why people try hard to keep a good record.
the problem is, everyone is trying to get a good record, but when they die in the game (lose) it’s a problem, so their stress levels spike up until they respawn.
in my opinion, gamers are better off with sandbox games, if they’re gonna let this virtual reality affect their actual reality emotionally.
when you’re getting mad at a game next time, ask yourself… “am i really having fun?”
games are meant for people to have fun; not stress themselves.
but this is only my interpretation of the situation.
thanks for reading.
